You can find the names unter the Resource-Packs tab!

How does it work?

If you're using Optifine or CIT-Resewn, you can rename items to the model that you want and it will automagically transform!

Go to settings video/quality/custom model/item! (make sure these are on)

 

For what is the "Invisible Enchantment Effect"-Pack?

I don't like the enchantment effect on the weapons, so i made it invisible with this pack!
